Processing Time

All items are made to order.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons or high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times (after processing):

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


International Orders & Customs

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the buyer’s responsibility.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos (if damaged)

We will work with our production partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
